By accessing and using Mobile.Career ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Mobile.Career is a job board and talent directory that connects mobile developers with employment opportunities. We provide services including but not limited to job postings, job applications, company profiles, public talent profiles, and career resources.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Job Postings, Applications, and Talent Profiles

Employers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of job postings. Job seekers and talent profile owners are responsible for the accuracy of their applications and professional information. By publishing a talent profile, you grant Mobile.Career a non-exclusive license to display that content on the Service (including search and SEO pages) so others can discover you. We reserve the right to hide or remove any content that violates our policies, including spam, impersonation, or misleading profiles.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Post false or misleading information
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service for any commercial purpose not expressly permitted
• Create fake or impersonating talent profiles, scrape candidate data, or spam employers or engineers through the Service

6. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information.

7. Payment Terms

Some features of our Service may require payment, including paid job listings and Talent Pro subscriptions. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You can manage or cancel an active Talent Pro subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal linked from your talent profile settings. Refunds are subject to our refund policy and applicable laws.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Mobile.Career and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Mobile.Career, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mobile.Career operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
