2.2 Talent Directory and Public Profiles

If you create a talent profile, your account email remains private. When you explicitly publish your profile, the fields you include become publicly visible on Mobile.Career (including shareable profile URLs) and may be indexed by search engines when the profile meets our quality criteria. You can hide your profile from the directory without deleting your account. We may record aggregate profile analytics such as profile views and link clicks to show you (and, for Talent Pro, richer metrics).

We automatically collect certain information when you use our Service:

• Google & LinkedIn — optional sign-in (OAuth); we receive profile basics such as name, email, and profile image from the provider you choose, which we may use to prefill your talent profile
• Google Cloud Storage — hosting company logos and other uploads you submit
• Google Analytics — optional usage analytics when enabled on our site
• Hosting & database providers — application hosting and PostgreSQL storage for account, job, and newsletter data
