iOS Engineer

Location: Remote (LATAM, USA E CANADA)

Compensation: USD $50–125/hour

About the Opportunity

We are looking for an iOS Engineer to join a fast-growing AI startup developing mobile SDKs that power AI-driven onboarding, paywalls, and monetization experiences for consumer applications.

In this role, you will take ownership of key components of the iOS and React Native SDK, working closely with a small, highly technical engineering team to build scalable, reliable, and developer-friendly mobile solutions. This is a contract position with a clear path to full-time employment based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Own and enhance the iOS and React Native Mobile SDK used by customer applications.
• Develop and launch new SDK features supporting AI-powered onboarding and monetization experiences.
• Improve SDK performance, reliability, and developer experience.
• Maintain SDK documentation, versioning, testing, release management, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement and maintain Apple In-App Purchases.
• Collaborate with engineering on mobile architecture and technical decisions.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity.

Must Have

• 1+ years of professional experience in iOS development.
• Experience shipping applications to the Apple App Store.
• Hands-on experience with mobile SDKs such as RevenueCat, Firebase, Amplitude, Segment, Stripe, or similar.
• Experience implementing Apple In-App Purchases.
• Daily use of AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience building or maintaining mobile SDKs.
• Experience with Flutter and Android development.
• Experience with native modules or bridging logic.
• Experience with mobile WebView technologies.
• Experience with mobile analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Segment, Statsig, or similar.
