Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a Senior iOS Engineer who cares deeply about quality, architecture, and performance and who enjoys building polished, scalable mobile products in a complex domain.

You’ll work closely with iOS, Android, Backend, and Product teams to build and evolve Incard’s iOS app, used daily by modern e-commerce businesses to manage spending, cards, and financial insights.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership beyond tickets, and brings strong product thinking alongside technical excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Build, scale, and maintain Incard’s iOS application using Swift and SwiftUI
• Design and evolve scalable iOS architecture beyond MVP, using modular, feature-based patterns
• Collaborate closely with Product, Backend, iOS and Android teams to deliver high-quality features
• Own performance optimisation, memory management, and stability across the app
• Apply strong product thinking when implementing features — not just engineering execution
• Write and maintain unit tests, snapshot tests, and UI tests to ensure long-term quality
• Participate actively in code reviews, refactoring efforts, and technical discussions
• Help raise the bar for iOS engineering standards, best practices, and tooling

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience building production iOS applications in fast-paced environments
• Strong expertise in SwiftUI, including performance optimisation and memory management
• Proven experience designing scalable iOS architectures using clean, modular approaches
• Solid understanding of Swift Concurrency (async/await, Tasks) and Combine
• Experience writing unit tests, snapshot tests, and UI tests
• Product-minded engineer with strong attention to detail and edge cases
• Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. Cursor, modern LLMs) to accelerate development responsibly
• Strong communication skills, open to feedback and continuous improvement
• Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership rather than waiting for direction
