About the Role
As a Senior Mobile Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing and developing iOS applications that are scalable, secure, and aligned with both technical and business requirements. You will lead the development and deployment of high-quality mobile applications using Swift and modern iOS frameworks. In addition, you will be instrumental in implementing CI/CD pipelines for faster, more reliable mobile delivery.

If you have experience building HIPAA-compliant applications or working within the U.S. healthcare ecosystem, your expertise will be highly valued as we build solutions that demand regulatory compliance and data security.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and backend teams to deliver exceptional experiences on mobile platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in iOS mobile application development
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Demonstrated experience working on production-grade mobile apps from design to deployment
• Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and best practices
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Experience working with or knowledge of HIPAA-compliant systems is a strong plus

Technical Skills

• Expert in Swift and the iOS SDK
• Deep experience with Xcode, UIKit, and SwiftUI
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for iOS (e.g., Fastlane, Bitrise, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integration with backend systems
• Solid understanding of App Store deployment process and guidelines
• Familiarity with unit testing, UI testing, and test automation frameworks
• Experience using Git for version control
• Working knowledge of mobile security best practices
• Prior exposure to healthcare applications and understanding of HIPAA compliance is a big plus
