Mobile Lead

You'll take ownership of the Driver App, the product that connects our network of drivers with customers and the Bahn platform.

The Role

Talk directly with drivers and customers to deeply understand what to build. Build and own the entire mobile stack. Deliver end-to-end features: from UI to backend integration. Shape the product direction and design through rapid iteration and tight feedback loops. You "live" in the user interface — this role is perfect for someone who thrives on building things that people love to use every day.

What you'll do

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of mobile development experience (React Native preferred)
• Strong understanding of mobile app architecture and state management
• You’re comfortable working full-stack, building backend APIs to power your own features.
• Experience shipping production apps used by real users at scale
• Product-minded: you think in terms of UX, performance, and solving real problems.
• Independent operator — you move fast, make decisions, and own your work end-to-end.
